Our Gold-Apricot Frizzante with natural fruit pulp is the perfect refreshment! Only the best apricots are used and combined with high-quality Grüner Veltliner. Enjoy this extraordinary harmony of apricots,exquisite wine and slight carbonation.
Tasting Notes: Orange amber colour. Fresh, fruity notes of apricot nectar with a glycerous, bright, spritzy, moderately sweet medium body and a smooth, medium-lenght apricot taffy and apricot preserves finish. A fresh and tasty mimosa-like wine with pure orchard fruit notes.

Apricot Punch Bowl
Ingredients:
- 150 ml Bailoni Original Gold-Apricot Schnaps 40 % ABV
- 100 ml Bailoni Wachauer Gold-Apricot Liqueur 30 % ABV
- 1 btl Bailoni Gold-Apricot Frizzante 6 % ABV
- 1 btl. White Wine (dry)
- 1 btl. Sparkling Wine (dry)
- 1-2 kg Apricots
- 50 g Sugar
Wash, destone and cut the apricot in small bites. Put the apricot bites in a glass bowl and add the sugar. Set aside until the apricot are soaked with the sugar then add the Gold-Apricot Schnaps and Liqueur. When the party starts add the Gold-Apricot Frizzante, wine and sparkling wine.
Note: Some lemon juice prevents the apricots of getting brown.
