Schnaps or Schnapps: What's the difference?
*schnapps [∫naps] or [∫næps] noun - United States: Sweetened liqueurs, often fruit flavoured, cinnamon, creme de menthe with 15-25% ABV
*schnaps [∫naps] noun - Austrian: Any strong distilled spirit with at least 32% ABV. Often used for fruit brandies distilled from fresh fruits. Therefore, accurate translation from Austrian style "Schnaps" would be brandy in American English.

Ingredients:
- 4 cl Bailoni Wachauer William Pear Schnaps 40% ABV
- 1cl Lime Juice
- Ginger Beer
- Ice Cubes
Mix all ingredients in a glass and top with Ginger Beer. Garnish with pear slices.
