Payment Terms

The payment is made directly to Bailoni by choosing available payments methods under the button “Payment Options”. We, Bailoni, reserves the right to exclude individual payment methods.

By choosing the payment method “Payment in Advance” we will forward you the bank details of Bailoni with your order confirmation. The invoice amount must be transferred to the Bailoni bank account within 10 days of receipt of the invoice. After this deadline, you will be in default of payment.

Shipping

If the item is marked as available immediately, the delivery time is 2-5 working days. On the product page the respective delivery time is displayed. The shipping costs depend on the country of delivery. We deliver to the following countries: 

Austria, Germany

Please note that the delivery time from Austria to Germany may take up to 3 working days longer, and the delivery time to other countries may take up to 7 working days longer

When paying by “Payment in Advance”, the delivery time applies from the receipt of payment on the bank account of Bailoni. We confirm this by email. The transfer of the amount of your bank account usually takes 2 working days (usual banking time) until the money is on the account of Bailoni and the dispatch of your order is released. This period is additionally to be taken into account with the duration of the delivery time. During hot temperatures we do not garantee the condition of our chocolates/candies during the shipping period.
