Right of Withdrawal
- You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. (Only valid for shipment in Austria and Germany, where our Online-shop is active)
- The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you took possession of the goods.
- In case of cancellation of this contract, we repay all payments received from you within 14 days. We may refuse to repay you until we have the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods.
- Should the delivery of the goods fail due to your fault despite three times delivery attempt, we can withdraw from the contract. Payments made will be reimbursed immediately.
5. The shipping costs of sending orders back to us needs to be covered by you.
Note: We reserve us the right to take back only undamaged and unopened goods. If necessary, we will ask for photo material. Upon receipt of the return and physical inspection, payments made will be refunded.
5. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders without giving reasons. If there are doubts about the minimum age of the shop customer, misuse of identity and non-fulfilment of the purchase contract, also with regard to past orders, an immediate rejection takes place. Likewise by specifying the wrong delivery country.
