Apricot Sorbet

2 clBailoni Original Gold-Apricot Schnaps 40 % ABV
4 clLemon Juice
250 gfresh Apricots
100 gSugar
3 clBailoni Wachauer Gold-Apricot Liqueur 30% ABV

 

Cut the pitted apricots in pieces and cook them with sugar and lemon juice for 15 min, afterwards blend until creamy and let it cool down. Add Gold-Apricot Schnaps and Gold-Apricot Liqueur. If you have a ice machine freeze the cream with that, otherwise, put it in the freezer until it is completely frozen. Enjoy the finished Apricot Sorbet.
