2 cl | Bailoni Original Gold-Apricot Schnaps 40 % ABV |
200 g | Sugar |
100 ml | Water |
1 | Cinnamon Stick |
2 | Cloves |
700 g | Fresh Apricots (quartered) |
Boil water, sugar, cinnamon stick and cloves. Add the apricots and cook on low heat. Remove after 2 minutes and remove cinnamon stick and cloves. Add the Gold-Apricot Schnaps and pour the finished “Röster” in glasses.
