2 clBailoni Original Gold-Apricot Schnaps 40 % ABV

100 mlWater
1Cinnamon Stick
2Cloves
700 gFresh Apricots (quartered)

 

Boil water, sugar, cinnamon stick and cloves. Add the apricots and cook on low heat. Remove after 2 minutes and remove cinnamon stick and cloves. Add the Gold-Apricot Schnaps and pour the finished “Röster” in glasses.
