150 mlBailoni Original Gold-Apricot Schnaps 40 % ABV
100 mlBailoni Wachauer Gold-Apricot Liqueur 30 % ABV
1 bottleBailoni Gold-Apricot Frizzante 6 % ABV
1 bottleWhite Wine (dry)
1 bottleSparkling Wine (dry)
1-2 kgApricots
50 gSugar

 

Wash, destone and cut the apricot in small bites. Put the apricot bites in a glass bowl and add the sugar. Set aside until the apricot are soaked with the sugar then add the Gold-Apricot Schnaps and Liqueur. When the party starts add the Gold-Apricot Frizzante, wine and sparkling wine.

Note: Some lemon juice prevents the apricots of getting brown.
