150 ml | Bailoni Original Gold-Apricot Schnaps 40 % ABV |
100 ml | Bailoni Wachauer Gold-Apricot Liqueur 30 % ABV |
1 bottle | Bailoni Gold-Apricot Frizzante 6 % ABV |
1 bottle | White Wine (dry) |
1 bottle | Sparkling Wine (dry) |
1-2 kg | Apricots |
50 g | Sugar |
Wash, destone and cut the apricot in small bites. Put the apricot bites in a glass bowl and add the sugar. Set aside until the apricot are soaked with the sugar then add the Gold-Apricot Schnaps and Liqueur. When the party starts add the Gold-Apricot Frizzante, wine and sparkling wine.
Note: Some lemon juice prevents the apricots of getting brown.
