Apricot Lemon Cooler
| 4 cl | Bailoni Gold-Apricot Liqueur 30 % ABV |
| 3 tsp. | Sugar |
| 1 dash | Angostura Bitter |
| 3 cl | Lemon Juice |
| Bitter-Lemon Soda |
Fill a Collings glass to ¾ with Crushed Ice. Add the sugar, Angostura Bitter, Lemon Juice and then Wachauer Gold-Apricot Liqueur. Fill up with Bitter Lemon Soda. Garnish with an apricot, cherry, melon skewer.
