In April the flowering time from the apricot trees is one point of attraction
 for the tourists in the Wachau.

 

At the end of July the fruits get their full ripeness.


The production of apricot liqueur

Handsorted apricots are automatically stoned, pressed and converted to apricot juice, which is the basic product for our "Wachauer Gold - Marillenlikör".

 

The production of apricot liquor 

Fullripe apricots are stoned, pressed, controlled fermented and afterwards by three times distillation distilled to our "Wachauer Gold - Marillenschnaps".

 


On a ultramodern racking plant the original Bailoni box-bag bottles are automatically filled, locked, labeled and packed. After the comissioning the original Wachauer specialities are distributed with own vehicles.


 

At the world competition "MONDE SELECTION" our original Wachauer specialities were awarded gold medals since 20 years in continous order.

Only our Wachauer apricot distilling factory got 1977 the state coat of arms as public acknowledgement for our quality products. Further the Wachauer Gold-apricot liqueur and the Wachauer Gold-apricot liquor are priced with the Austria quality mark.

According to independent NIELSEN - MARKETSTUDY
BAILONI
 was honoured to the "TOP-TOURISMUSPRODUKT 2001" at the liquor market.
