Bailoni Gold Apricot Jam

A hand-picked delight!

The wonderful apricot marmalade is a clear favourite! The fully-ripened and hand-picked apricots are transformed into jams in the old-fashioned, home-made way.

It's a great-tasting souvenir from Wachau and on bread or a roll makes for an unforgettable breakfast experience.

Apricot Pancakes

4 cups of flour
2 eggs
250ml milk
1 tsp oil
1 pinch of salt
1 sachet vanilla sugar
Castor sugar
Original Bailoni Gold Apricot Jam
Original Bailoni Gold Apricot Liqueur

Preparation

Mix the flour, eggs, milk, oil, vanilla sugar and salt with a whisk until it forms a smooth batter. Then heat some oil in a coated pan and pour in the batter. Bake the pancake on both sides until it is golden.

Serving suggestion

Dust the pancake with powdered sugar and spread some warmed-up Originals Bailoni Gold Apricot Jam, mixed with a little original Bailoni Gold Apricot Liqueur over it.
